At Scott J. Vail Painting, we take being invited into your home very seriously. Most people are extremely particular about who is allowed to enter into their home and perform work. As a family business we perform background checks and drug screenings, we are a non-smoking workplace and pride ourselves on establishing clear communication between the homeowner or designer and our supervisor to eliminate any potential issues.
Our painting crews perform 100% of our total annual revenues by working in residential repainting only. This means that they are well trained and accustom to working inside of homes with great care and respect.
We will arrive on time ready to work when we say we will and stay on your project with the same crew through to completion and inspection of all work. We have an extensive list of impeccable references for you to follow up on to ensure that you are hiring a true professional. We stand behind our work with a 5-year warranty on labor and materials.
Exterior Painting
We view exterior painting just the same as we do the interior, with quality details, preparation and using the best paint available. Sure the outside is simpler than an interior; however most companies tend to ignore the large amount of proper preparation that must take place prior to painting. Since the exterior of your home is exposed to the harsh SW Florida climate, the better it is prepped (i.e. power washed, elastomeric patching, urethane sealant, priming, masonry conditioner, etc.) the longer it will last you.
We stand behind our work, along with our paint manufacturer and offer a 8-year warranty on all exterior work performed. Our only stipulation on our exterior warranty is that the home must be power washed annually to prevent build up of dirt, and dust that can deteriorate the paint at a more rapid rate.
Epoxy Floors
Due to the lack of storage in homes here in SW Florida, garages are seen as extensions of living space and not just a place to park your car. So why not make your garage inviting and amazing? We grind, clean and apply epoxy coatings, with decorative flakes added, followed by a commercial grade polyaspartic top coat that is impervious to car tires and is built to last! We guarantee our floors against failure for 10-years. We have established ourselves as a top quality-painting contractor, fulfilling not only your basic interior & exterior painting needs, but also providing excellence in faux finishes, murals, trompe l’oeil, furniture painting, crown molding & trim install, and wallpaper hanging and removal. This allows you the designer to have one point of contact for a multitude of services; you deal directly with our owner and President, Scott J. Vail.
We provide a professional impression from the moment we arrive on your jobsite, all company vehicles are professionally lettered and detailed regularly, and all employees are “clean-cut” and uniformed. The greatest care is taken once inside a home in covering and protecting all furniture and personal items. Progress is reported to the designer on a regular basis via phone conversations and all messages are returned on the same business day. Scott J Vail Painting, Inc’s goal is to alleviate all of the painting needs from the designer and allow you to focus more directly on your client.
