Scott J. Vail Painting, Inc. is a professional and family owned painting contractor based out of Bonita Springs, Florida. We serve all of Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero inclusive of Marco, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Our focus is solely upon residential repaints with a passion for truly exceptional customer service and quality. We do not perform any painting in new construction or commercial work, choosing instead to focus 100% of our efforts on painting the interior and exteriors of homes just like yours!

 

We have been in business for over 25 years and have thousands of satisfied customers. We back up all of our work with a detailed written contract and warranty. Our primary means of advertising other than our website and vans is good old fashioned word of mouth and that has been enough to keep the phone ringing and the calendar full especially during the down turn in the economy. We are here today because of our customers, and because we choose to do two things very well, paint homes and serve our customers.

Scott J Vail is the founder and driving force behind our company, proudly serving Southwest Florida homeowners since 2000. With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the painting industry, Scott has built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, reliability, and genuine care for every client he serves.

A Southwest Florida resident for more than 40 years, Scott graduated from Naples High School before enlisting in the United States Navy. He served over four years aboard the U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln during Desert Storm, an experience that shaped his strong work ethic and deep commitment to service.

After his military service, Scott was honorably discharged before attending and earning a degree in Business Management from Florida Gulf Coast University, later returning to complete a second degree in Communication—and eventually earning a Master’s in Communication from Liberty University in 2019.

Scott launched the company in June 2000 with a vision to combine quality workmanship with personalized service. He remains fully involved in the day-to-day operations, always putting customer satisfaction at the forefront. Whether it’s overseeing a project or building lasting relationships, Scott is passionate about making every home look its best.

Scott works side-by-side with his wife and best friend, Lacie, who brings her own expertise in color consultation and design. Together, they’ve built more than a business—they’ve built a family-oriented company rooted in trust, service, and pride in a job well done. They’re also the proud parents of four amazing kids: Greyson, Ryeder, Weston, and their baby girl, Karter Rose.

Lacie M. Vail, Color Consultant & Designer

With over 18 years of experience in color coordination and design selections, Lacie brings a vibrant mix of creativity, expertise, and genuine care to every project. A Southwest Florida resident for more than two decades, Lacie originally moved to the area to pursue her passion for design at The International Academy of Design in Tampa.

As a Color Consultant and Designer, Lacie has a true gift for helping homeowners bring their vision to life—starting with the perfect color palette. She believes that color sets the tone for the entire space and is the essential first step in creating a cohesive and beautiful home.

Lacie’s dedication to customer satisfaction shines through in everything she does. Whether she’s guiding clients through color choices or managing design details behind the scenes, her goal is always to ensure an exceptional experience from start to finish. Her ability to balance creativity, professionalism, and personal connection is a huge part of what makes our company special.

Outside of work, Lacie is a proud wife and devoted mom to their four wonderful kids. She somehow manages to juggle family life and business with grace, and according to Scott, he’s not quite sure how he ever ran things without her.

Lacie is more than just a designer—she’s a key part of our team and the heart behind many of the transformations our clients love.
